I help moms lose weight by ending their obsession with strict fad diets. I want you to know that obsessively counting, tracking, weighing, and measuring your food does not have to be your way of life. I will teach you to have confidence around food and your choices and even yourself. I will show you how to lose weight in a natural, sustainable way. I know you are tired of jumping from one crazy diet to another—always looking for the way to lose the weight for good! I’ve got the answer—you do it with your brain.
I work with you in 1:1 zoom call sessions for 12 weeks, with unlimited support by Voxer in between the weekly sessions. I also have Partner Coaching available, where you and a friend work together with me as your coach.
I’m a certified Life and Weight Loss Coach with The Life Coach School, as well as nutritionally trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My bachelors degree is in Health and Human Performance from Brigham Young University.
